We collect information that is necessary to provide, secure, and improve the WorqSphere platform. This may include:

• Account and profile information such as name, business email, role, company, and authentication details.
• Organization-provided identity and administrative records, including records retained from earlier configurations. Repositioning the platform does not itself delete existing customer records.
• Device and endpoint posture information such as device identifiers, operating system details, connectivity status, version information, and security-related operational signals.
• Usage and audit data such as sign-in events, administrator actions, feature usage, IP address, browser type, and system logs.
• Support communications, billing information, and other information submitted through forms, email, demos, or support channels.

We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, manage accounts, support security investigation and response, provide reporting, protect against misuse, resolve support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to improve product reliability, understand usage patterns, and strengthen platform security.

Organizations using WorqSphere are responsible for configuring the platform lawfully, providing required employee notices, maintaining appropriate workplace policies, assigning access only to authorized personnel, and complying with local labor, privacy, and data protection requirements.

Where an employer determines the purpose and means of processing employee data, that employer acts as the data controller or equivalent decision-maker, and WorqSphere acts as a service provider or processor as defined by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Authorized users within the customer organization, based on configured permissions.
• Trusted service providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, payments, email delivery, customer support, and security operations.
• Legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Safeguards may include encryption in transit, controlled access, audit logging, secure infrastructure practices, monitoring, and retention controls.

No system is completely secure. Customers should also maintain strong internal access governance, endpoint security practices, and user training.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the platform, meet contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer administrators may configure or request deletion of certain records subject to legal and operational constraints.

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as contractual commitments and security controls.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. Employees should generally contact their employer first for requests involving workplace records. You may also contact WorqSphere for support with applicable requests.
